I am new to this game and one of my villagers is sick and i keep dragging a villager to him and everyone just shakes their head any info?

Wyster, Healing is like any other job - it can take a couple of attempts to get them doing it successfully. Just keep trying.

Having studied the "special" plants helps, but it's not a necessity.

Drag a villager to the cactus plant... even one notch of knowledge makes that villager a better healer.... up to adept level is usually just fine

Just keep trying, your villagers will get there when they're good and ready.
