How do I get my villagers to get the masters in the different areas? I already know that for the scientist is at the research table, what about the others? doctor, farmer, construction, etc. Thanks guys!

They will gain skill doing thier respective jobs. i.e. Farmers will gain skill when they pick berry's, harvest crops or fish. Builders will gain skill by building and fixing huts, clearing the beach, restoring the temple, making the idol and clearing the blockage. Doctors will increase skill by studing plants and healing other villagers.

also, set their skill preference to whatever you want them to become masters in, and they'll get there on their own (eventually).

Thank you all. And something else.... It is so hard to collect the points for the 3rd levels because they are so high. i have everybody (except one farmer) in the research table collecting them.

Also, one sort of cheat, if you reach max population then turn everyone to breeders, they kiss and kiss and kiss, without all the babies. You get instant Master paretns
