I have the strangest Villagers! I have solved all the puzzles and gotten all the techs - and now none of my villagers will do research! I can drag them to the table, but they NEVER do research! It's no big deal because I don't really need any tech points, but this game has been going on for fourteen days and no one is born with any research skill AT ALL!
Also, after the first generation, ALL of the kids make the same noise - that sing songy hum. It's kinda creepy. We have clicked on any new children born and they all make that sound! If you click on them quickly in sequence they all do it together. Creepy.

Has anyone else had a group this strange?

What your discribing about the Researching stopping is by design. My kids still have giggles and other things. May be a Radom message and you get a High number of one type....

I have a couple of other games that have been going longer than this one (my daughter can't bear to let them go), and those villagers all still research. They have hundreds of thousands of tech points.

they really don't need to research anymore after you have all the puzzles and techs completed anyway. after i completed everything, i set all of mine to farming, healing, or breeding and just let them go about their merry ways.
