I have played a number of successful games on both easy and normal now, but have attempted hard a couple of times and they always seem to die on me. Does anyone have any tips on how the hard game should be played any differently.
Starting with less people etc; obviously is harder, but what am i doing wrong???

I found that you really have to concentrate on getting food. Before you have too many babies, build too much stuff, etc.... Spend your tech points on farming. Good Luck!
