Hi,

I looked through the guide posted by you here till boredom , but the numbers provided about the secrets don't seem to match mine. I know that the golden child solves two more puzzles on its own, but then I still have one left (either the butterflies, or the flowers with stars). I can't figure it out with the guide, so maybe someone might help me about these two puzzles (butterflies and flowers with stars)??

You're reading the wrong guide! The Village Sim guide is for the Palm version. You want the Virtual Villagers Guide which has hints and spoilers for the Windows and Mac versions. Some of the puzzles are different.

Does it need to be clearer to be effective?

How do I get the golden child? I've completed all the puzzles except the ones you need the child for, I have tons of food, and bought all the possible tech upgrades. My village has just been hanging out for almost two weeks and none of the babies are the golden child...what do I do?
