i've found that if you continuously *kiss* two villagers, the female will appear with a baby in her arms...anyone else use this method, or do you let them go indoors and hope for the best?

i literally keep them kissing until her action says 'caring for baby'

I kiss the two villagers untill I see the number of villagers go up a number then I know what's done is done. Outside of that I don't care if they go indoors or not. I caught on to that and saved a lot of waisted time.

Yeah I noticed that if they are successful the number of people goes up immediately, so just do that. Also if you grab the mother and move her slightly straight after she will appear with baby in arms. Saves time from her walking to the shack anyway

as a FYI thats a FEATURE, They do not need to go intp the hut.

Seeing as though the villagers love to do laundry, we never actually see anyonen "clean the huts". If I were the villagers, I'd consider that little spot by the well much more sanitary than the huts.

Therefore, I let them just take care of business in the front of the others!
