Not Always! I chose to investigate a face in the trees and my Healer was never seen again! It's always a gamble on those...
But! I did open a nasty rotten crate, and found some stuff in a vial, and I said ...why not, when my villager drank it, She Maxed Out her Medical knowledge! She was only 15!

On another note, has anyone had a child that "was never quite normal" and turns out that the child is a prodigy! I had a 6 yr old Master Reseacher!! Unfortunately, He couldn't apply it until he was 14...
