I have been playing Virtual Villagers for about two days, and I have been working my villagers very hard on getting tech points. I have three adept scientists, and two trainee scientists "just in case".
But recently I have noticed, in one of my other tribes, that two of my scientists there have earned the rank of Master Scientist, but not the ones in my first tribe. The three scientists working in the first tribe have reached the top of the skillmeter in research, and still - they are only Adept Scientists! This is really troubling me and slowing down my work as I can not get the school going, and since the scientist problem it seems that none of the other villagers can become Masters in any type of skill either. What is wrong?

Your first village most likely started on normal and your second on easy. That's what I found on mine and even after I tried to change the first to easy (and it says it is) it is running on the normal level still. Know this cause I have since created other ones on easy and normal and they are neck and neck with the first two.
