I do believe sunshower is correct with the age questions but I can't understand why both of you are having issues with the whole "real time" thing. It shouldn't matter how many games you have on the go, they should all keep working while you're not watching. It's something I've never seen.

I do know that villagers are much less prductive when they are weak or sick but I don't believe they become totally unproductive.
