Yes it is F6 that causes them to change clothes. You just need to click on them (have the little white circle around them) and then press the F6 key.

Yay! F6 worked for me, too! you know eventually, someone will have screen shots of all the clothes, in order, so no one has to guess which ones they want on a particular villager.

I had the little kid with bald spot also the guy I thought was a girl cause he looked like he had pig tails!
I had to rename him dude so I wouldn't keep trying to breed him with another male.

They breed for a long time so if you have medicine 2 or better 3 you are set for breeding even though they seem old.
