ok my master builder was digging the treasure when he died...can an adept builder continue digging it up? or do i need to get another master builder?

Sometimes it's best to let them complete the task once so it's started then exiting the game sometimes it's better by letting it run, but what ever it takes is Patients and persistence.

I find with those long winded puzzles, I drove myself nuts watching and waiting and cracking whips.

I just find it much better to let them start the puzzle, get an idea of what needs to be done, then kiss them all goodnight and they usually finish while I sleep.

Such hard working little dolls when I'm not looking. They're like teenagers, they only misbehave when I'm watching them. It's like they're just trying to get my attention.

question, I have the requirements to get puzzle 15 but my master builder hasn't found anything. Is there a exact location or do I have to wait until he finds something?

There is a specific location, and sometimes you have to try many, many times. My strategy and puzzle guide was originally one document that was split into two parts for the forums, and there is additional (important) information in the hints section. Sometimes, if you go straight for the spoilers, you'll miss a detail or two.
