Well i have had no pop ups and i am short an adult and it is going so slow i have 3 on reserach and 1 on farming and a total of 134 food with a lvl 1 farming and 304 berries left hmm somtin doesnt seem right am i doing anything wrong????

Like I said in the PM, you need to get that farming. And fast!

You didn't tell us what tech levels you have though and how many tech points you have. Can you check and let me know?

Then just research like mad and focus on that farming. It sounds like you still have time to get enough tech points before they starve. But with your size of population, you really could get away with only one farmer right now.

Yes i took the farmer off becuase berries is kinda low on the 200 and i really need to research.
