My people see the buried treasure and they start to dig....but they always walk away...and when i click on the scaffold it doesnt tell me how much percent is completed what shall i do? keep trying?

The idiot is right (wait, the doesn't sound nice at all). Anyway, he's right, it takes a lot of time and if you have lazy villagers they will loose interest.

They'll work more consistently if you use builders.

You need to be very persistant with them, though watch out where you place them - the scafolding helps as a guide so that you don't get too close and produce another large batch of children if you are high on population - alwasy reserve at 89 so that you have room for that one special villager when he/she is born. I find it interesting though, that nothing happens after they uncover it - they don't take it, no tech points go zooming upward - I originally thought that once you got that treasure, you would have a lot of points on your researching table.

No but if you place a villager on it after you uncover it they "admire" it. It's funny, they just stare at it for a few seconds looking silly.

what is the point of the treasure? Does it win you any points or anything like that?

one of my people, while admiring he treasure said they ssay something 'strange' but she stopped looking and walked away. i've dropped many villagers on the spot since but no one has done the same thing. also, now that i've solved all the puzzles, what next? will i ever get to meet the thing in the cave? also, how can i get them to build another house? i have 89 plus the gc
