I am having trouble getting my villagers to get past adept (scientists,builders,farmers,etc...). How do I get them to go to master? I have level 2 of farming and construction, level 1 on everything else.

The best way to get any villager to master level is to set the desired skilled as their preferred skill in the Details screen. They will prefer to work at that job, and will gain skill faster as a result of concentrating on that one profession. Other than that, it just takes time.

Thanks! I finally got a master scientist, but can't seem to get the others to change...they are all set on watering the flower field, but I can't seem to get any flowers to show up and its been about 12+ hrs (real time)

Only builders will work on that project without your involvement. If you have only a few builders in your village, it will take a long time.

I have 3-4 builders( I only have 12 villagers total) I would breed more, but I'm running low on food as it is!
