well i had a master scientist and i did leave my game on overnight cause some reason it wasnt going after i left so i finally converted it and out of know where my scientist just dissapeered is the master scientist supposed to die after the puzzle and i noticed on my first island when people die there are bones but there isnt a single bone on my island

They do Decomposed completely. Also there are some Island events where Islanders can and do disapear, It doesn't sound like you experianced any but I thought I would bring it up just in case...

i just find it weird he would die now im left with 1 male and i had the game on for 2 days and nobody has even changed age which i dont get at all starting to think my game is messed up or something

There has been many people complaining of the Villiagers not age, The most common occurance is someone playing with the clock. have you adjusted the clock at all? What game speed/difficulty levels are you playing?..

oh well that might be it i was a week behind on my windows i changed day after i got the game *sigh* i guess ill just have to start a new person
