I have level 2 in farming, spirituality and construction level 1 in everything else.... and i have 39400 tech points what should i buy next? any suggestions would help please and thank u

I would go for level 2 science next, then wait until you can get level 3 farming.

if you don't upgrade medicine your best villagers will die at about 57-59

Level 2 Science will help your researchers gain more tech points faster, so I'd get that first -- and then you can worry about medicine or farming.
