Your builders will not be interested in building any new hosing until your population grows some more. So to get more housing you will need more peeps. But be careful not to have more peeps then food.

What is your population? What Building Tech (level) do you have?

7 but i just found my answer and got it to 10 when I tried I thought they didn't have a kid becuase the population was at it's max not becuase I needed to try again thanks.
