Well that is kind of subjective now isn’t it? (I'm talking about the question of will I like this game and not about the short trial period) It keeps my attention! I have played over 40 different games of VV, and enjoy it very much. Each game seems to have it’s own feel, and new things seem to catch my eye. So for me, it is well worth it. I think if you read the form, you’ll see a lot of others are addictive as well. But then I guess, if they did not like the game, they would not be on this form.

when i played it i was having fun even though my villagers would not listen to what i would tell them. The reason the game caught my attention is that it was "real time" gameplay.

Both of those issues (villagers have a personality and real time) is what makes VV so much fun. With most sim games, once you master it, there is not much left to do. With VV, villagers have some personality, so it is fun just to watch them do their work and what not.

It's definitely worth it. I bought it after 5 minutes. I am so hooked, I wonder if I can train these villagers to do MY laundry!
