According to the guide, puzzle six merely requires a master farmer, and an open lagoon.

It appears it also requires something else.

I'm running several games at once, mostly because I'm obsessive and like to see what happens. I have one that all puzzles are solved in, three that are in various stages, and one that is brand new. It's the new one that brought this to my attention.

In the older games, I was well along in solving things and buying tech before I got the answer to puzzle 6.

In the new game, I have 13 villagers, and puzzles 1, 2, 3, 5, and 8 solved. I have level 2 farming, and nothing else techwise at the moment. I have one master farmer. I picked him up and dropped him in the lagoon, expecting him to go a-hunting as my previous ones had. Instead, the activity message said he was "enjoying the lagoon". I tried several times with the same results.

This implies, to me, that there is some other factor (tech level, most likely) that influences the solving of this puzzle.

PS: Thank you SO much for getting this up so fast. I was at the point of going nuts trying to figure out puzzles 6, 10 and 14 while waiting for the golden child to appear

I guess I just assumed that people would look at the "non-spoiler" guide first, which does have hints about the 3 requirements for puzzle 6. I have edited the spoiler guide to include the required tech level! Thanks for pointing that out. We've been really rushed trying to get everything ready for everyone playing the game!
