It take forever even with double speed for villager to finsh clearing the rock that are blocking the steam.One of my villager like running so he is alway fastest person to move but he donesn't alway do what I told him to.rest of my grown up villager ALWAY walk is there any thing to clear the rock quickly

Your builders will take care of new housing when you need it. You should check your villagers' likes and dislikes - they will affect what a villager is willing to do.
