Does it speed things up to have your entire village clearing the blockage at the same time, or should I have some doing more research. I'm about to run out of food, and I was assuming this was the way to get alternate food.

The more peeps working on it, the faster it will get cleared. But let's say it will not help in getting food.

Well maybe you should invest more scientists in researching food. I also suggest you read thoroughly through each of the effects researching does, because it plays a big role in helping your little villagers.

Does researching food mean checking off "farming" in the detail screen?

When you check/uncheck one of the items in the detail screen for a certain villager that means that villager prefers to do that selected task over other tasks

No, it means buying a new level of farming in the tech screen. Each level allows your villagers a new way to get food.

I gotcha, but the waiting for the tech points to add up is taking a long time. I should have bought food before I bought building I guess.

Once the blockage is cleared and you have a lagoon what does the lagoon do? I know they can swim in it but does it hold magically water? Can you fish in the lagoon?

i cleared the blockage but now i have um villagers with nothin to do since thats done and my points arent enough just yet for the next part on farmer so what is up with that big boulder can i move it ?

There is a lot more for your builder(s) to do, but moving the boulder isn't one of them!

erm ok? now they are waterin this field were the dead plants are does that do anythin they usin the water that they moved so is patch anything or they just wastin thier time

I let like two of my villagers continue to water the dead flowers. You will see results but it takes awhile and it will be something, dead flowers/patch, you will need on down the line.

so u know anythin about that boulder they try and move it but it wont move they are always curious about that rock

That's a puzzle that won't be completed until late in the game.

hmm dont think ill make it thier bugs ate my crops now my villagers will be starvin soon here and my crops wont be ready tell 214 is thier any other way i dont wanna lose my ppl

If they will not be able to wait for the crops, you might start praying for a special event. There are several that would help you out. Other then that your only hope is to hury up and get level three harvesting. Good luck, and keep us posted.

im tryin my tech points are only at 36041 and my crops are at 126 so u think they will nlast they are atta food

It depends on your population and how much you have in the bin. If your villagers are in good health when you run out of food in the bin, they will last about an hour or longer depending on what level and speed you are playing at.

ya i just turned my speed up and now its like at 44 so they will live whew scary

2 ofr my villagers died and now they are just layin in the middle of the ground lil skeltons do i just leave them thier or wat?

Leave them until you discover where to put them. Why don't you take a villager and explore the island. I think you will find where they belong.
