We are told that the unknown chemical only effects certain fish, and it will not effect them every single time. We have not been told what the % is that it will effect them. What I have done while breeding, is put the fish I don't need in the sell tank untill it is full. Then I will add several doses of the chemical and just watch to see which fish it effects.
