This may seem a harsh thing to ask, but is it possible to 'kill off' a villager that you don't like? I have an 11 year old that doesn't like running. In truth it doesn't seem to like walking. It is slower than an elderly person. She's only 11 and I really don't want to have to deal with her getting food/researching etc, she is so painfully slow. I will be stuck with her until she gets elderly and dies. Is there a way to kill her off?

Hope she gets sick and don't heal her?
Maybe there's an event that makes villagers sick...
