Across the bridge, to the east of the second pond where the cliffs are, is a constant "wind chime" sound. It only occurs HERE and nowhere else in the game. Is the sound significant?

I noticed that too, and the birds chirping in the south east forest area too. I think they may hold more significance later in the game, at least I hope so!!

I am wondering too. Interesting that it is only in that spot.
