The Fairy Tale Castle (the one with the flag on top) from the last family outing is gone! I had the 3 different styles of castles arranged around the sandbox, and suddenly, the Fairy Tale Castle was gone! I had a couple of extras in my inventory, but they're gone, too.

May I have it back, please???

P.S. I went 'Menu', 'Settings', etc. to contact Tech Support and it said I would need an "email app" to access that (???????) So, I decided to ask it here.
