My bachelor adopted a little girl who came to the door. Now there have been no more Cinder emails. Anyone else have this problem?

Hi Rissy. Unfortunately, what you are experiencing in your game is a bug and should be fixed in a future update. That being said, you might try contacting Customer Support through your game and ask if there is something that they could do to temporarily resolve the issue for you. Good luck!
