I haven't played in a while (since early beta) and the family tree is bugged and its been so long that I don't know or care about the 2 gens I have now. I want to start over completely, is there a way to do that? I found a post that said you could contact support and ask them to reset your game but when I emailed them they said they couldn't reset so now I'm kinda stuck. I want to play but I'm not going to until I can start over so help please?

Hi there!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. There is a known issue with the family tree that our developers are currently working hard to resolve; unfortunately, this means that even if we were to reset your game, you would still encounter the issue.

Please update your game as soon as you see an update become available in the App Store or Play Store (depending on what device you use).

Hi there! I'm new to this forum, so I'm not sure if this is being posted in the correct area! But, here goes...I'd like to share some ideas for new activities/events:
Fall/Halloween/Thanksgiving: Pumpkin carving; apple bobbing; pot fall flowers; create fall baskets; craft masks(for all age groups); maybe a hayride? Prizes: decorative jack o'lantern; turkey dinner they could actually eat(put it on table and voila! Sit down to meal complete with plates!);full-sized rug with fall colors/themes; yard art with hay/pumpkins/corn.
Christmas: make stockings to hang on wall or fireplace; write letters to Santa; make wreathes to hang; make gingerbread houses. Prizes: Christmas tree; wreath to hang; stuffed Rudolph toy; picture of santa's sleigh w/reindeer or of the Nativity; yard art of Santa & sleigh or Snowman, centerpiece of greenery & candles.
Easter: Make new set of collectables - bunnies, chicks, & eggs. Make Easter baskets; Easter Egg hunt; pot different types of lillies; painting/decorating Easter eggs. Prizes: large stuffed bunny; old-fashioned porch swing they could/could actually use; large pastel-colored painting - floral arrangement maybe a Monet-type thing; large floral pastel Oriental area rug/carpet.
Anyway, just some thoughts. What do you think?

Hi again, more thoughts on item placement:
It would be nice if items could be placed in the niche/alcove area in the room in upper left-hand corner. Just wasted space now. Also, many areas along the walls can't be used so things are sitting further into the room than is desirable.
It would also be nice if all the furniture could be rotated in 4 directions to facilitate more versatile placement. Couches, loveseats, and adult-sized sofas can, but I don't believe anything else can. For example, bean bag chairs, children's sofas, classic TV, bookshelves, beds, ...
In addition, it would be nice if more wall-space could be utilized in the Office to hang items. It was hard to find somewhere to hang the wall clock.
Finally, it would be wonderful to be able to place decorative items on a coffee/end table, on top of bookshelves, and/or fireplace mantles. It would be a lovely alternative to setting everything on the floor.
I think that about does it! Thank you for your patience.
What do you think?
