In your ticket, you had written to us directly and not by using the support option in your game. When you tap on the 'Help' button in the Options menu, an email will auto-populate with all of your support info (particularly your unique User ID), which we'll need to find your game and investigate. Please send us a message through your game and we'll take a look!
