The garden where the kraken statue use to stand, I am stuck on that one, I need to make something for the flowers to go in where the circles are and I have tried a couple things but I can't seem to figure it out, any help would be awesome!

I made the pots but they don’t show up when I drop a villager on the crafting shed?

Hi Kir, if you've already turned the soft pots into clay pots, have a highly skilled villager take the four pots to the garden base - note that you'll need to have finished setting up the garden base before your villagers will use the clay pots.

If your four clay pots are in place, the next step is to combine moss and red earth to craft planting soil; then, use an adult villager to carry the planting soil to each pot.

But I am unable to use those. I already did the garden in the middle where the kraken statue was. I’m talking about the 4pots that you fill with potting soil. What goes in them? I try taking master builder, farmer, researcher, healer etc. it just says, soil is dry and infertilized. Do I have to complete something first ? I can’t seem to accomplish anything. Heavy sigh.

Hi kir. Your pots are not yet ready for the items that Keegan mentioned in his reply, and the in-game messaging is giving you an excellent clue as to what you need to do get them ready.  Here's another clue: This part of the puzzle is similar to how you prepared the small garden near the apple tree. Similar, but not exact!  What's the opposite of dry and unfertilized? Once you've taken care of both of those things you'll be able to use the flowers from the Crafting Hut. Good luck!
