I have completed all but one Chapter 1 puzzle. That includes #12, Yet Puzzle #10 still shows as a bit less than half done. Everything I find online, including here, shows (or seems to) that among them the 3 statues constitute the 2 puzzles 10 & 11.

What am I missing?

In case it matters, I no longer have a chief.

Note that I am playing VVO2 bought from Big Fish. There is no Help button available via the gear button.

I now have a very young chief. Getting him interested in the Science board had no lasting effect.

If you are talking about finishing the 3 statues what have you done so far? Did you put the glass in all three, red, green and yellow?

if I am counting the puzzles the same way you are, puzzle 10 has nothing to do with the statues. Have you completed the water wheel, yet?

If not... I will tell you it takes time, you need max crafting and construction, and the crafting part will take several days.

I'm sorry, I guess that was a spoiler then... but now you know what you have to accomplish, so here is a hint. First thing to do is have your villagers look around near the mausoleum.
