Why does my game fish tycoon 2 keep freezing it isn't my iPad as everything else is working ok,this is the second time this has happened saying the server is having problems

I think that message pops up any time the game is having problems with the Internet connection. It won't run if there is not a constant, stable connection. It's annoying, and (just my opinion here) the game takes way too long to retry the connection (and give up) and just hangs with that twirling icon in the corner.
