First of all I'm a little aggravated, that this was the only way I'm able to contact about the issue and the fact it took several days before I could even post.

Anyway here is my story.

I downloaded the game for free through the windows store, and have barely played a month, I made it to 7 generations, frequently purchasing "real money" to update the house.
One morning I open the app and my family is gone, the house has reverted back to broken down and empty.
Is there a way to rectify this? It wouldn't be such a big deal had I not made several purchases that are now lost and wasted.

Has this ever happened to anyone else?
