Hmm, I have few recommendations for VF3:

-Racial characters.
-Neighborhood options.
-More stuff.
-Ages. The first family lives on 50's, the next on 60's, and the next 70's, etc.
-Edit your character. Change clothes, hair, skin color, eyes.

And please, with the VF2 graphics! Don't change it.
