I feel like I'm hitting a ton of glitches... when I add featuess it doesnt affect the beauty better. I just added 8 new expensive features and nothing 😢

What you're seeing is not a glitch in the game. It takes a variety of things, in balance, to increase the town's beauty. Filling your town with just one or two of the things that increase beauty will raise the beauty only so much. This article in our Virtual Town Knowledge Base should help explain things.
