I was checking my statistics in my office at Town Hall and I came across one that is unfamiliar. I need advice to see what I am doing or not doing that has not unlocked this yet.

It is the vendor. I have never seen a vendor in my town. Do they come at random? I have completed every building project and am just waiting for the next event, upgrading my house, trying to make everything beautiful, etc. But it has been almost a week and I wonder if there is something that I am missing...


It doesn't have to be explicit, just a nudge in the right direction would be appreciated. smile
