Weather event?

Was going about my usual morning cleanup in my town when.... It started to rain! I was going around watering flowers and as it rained, the flowers were being watered by the rain. I was so excited! I only had to do a third of the flowers by watering can. I wonder if there will be other events like this.

I never bhad raining but i had snowing event like three times.

I've had the raining event a couple of times and the snowing event once. I wish these would happen more often!

I could be wrong, but I think it follows the weather in the Northern Hemisphere seasons. We next-to-never get snow in my area, but I get occasional snow in VT. I know the poor Australians are enduring a VT winter right now, even as they head out for a beer to cool down from the summer's heat.
I like VT snow because it's pretty... as it is in real life, until someone screeches, "We've got to shovel the roof before it collapses!" Or "Honey, it's time. My water just broke."
I like VT rain for an entirely different reason, heh heh. I agree with you on this, because when in real life there was not a cloud in the sky, in VT it was snowing.

I agree. I live in London, England, where it has snowed overnight once, and was all gone by about 10 am the next day. In VT I've had snow five or six times. However, I've hardly seen any rain in VT, whereas in RL England is famously rainy.

I live in Oregon, which is known for having lots of rain. I have never experienced it raining in the game.
I am curious if anyone has noticed anything special happening when the weather changes? I have experienced snow two times and I'm not able to find any special bugs or anything different than regular play.

You don't have to water the flowers that day. Snow, on the other hand, doesn't have the same effect, even when it melts.
