I have seeds but where, and how do I plant them ..?????

You can pretty much plant the seeds wherever you please. You will need a shovel from the store first. Equip your mayor with it and tap twice on the area you want to dig. You will see a green little box over the area and then tap DIG if it is what you want. Then you can tap the seed you want to plant from your inventory. You can fill a hole the same way if you dug in the wrong spot.
