I was wondering what is different between the free trial and the full version of VV5, 4, 3, 2 and 1.

The free version is feature limited in all the games, and you have a limited number of villagers.

Fish Tycoon is free, so there is no free or full version. Plant Tycoon is also feature limited with the free version.

Oh, I forgot Fish Tycoon was free
What about the iOS versions of Vv1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and Fish Tycoon
