If I quit the game, will my doctor learn herb theirself,and be master doctor?

do learn herb only made villager be adept one,not master doctor?

If a villager is at least a Trainee Doctor, and you have their skill preference set to Healing, they will continue to learn after you quit the game. They will not learn when they are sick.

could they be master doctor just from herbs?

I suppose so, given time. But it would take a long time. More likely is that they'd come across other villagers who were sick and gain skill by healing them.

I never successfull create master doctor on vv2.. when they are 60 they still adept and move so slow, They dead before they even mastered doctor skill... seems I cant get master doctor unless I do it manually by made so many sick villager
