If there is a checkmark, is it daytime in your game (for simplicity sake let's say between 9 AM and 5 PM)? What kind of tablet are you playing VF2 on? Is there anything else unusual going on in your game?

Hi romy. If there are no posters available in the Bedroom category of the store then it sounds like you have an older version of Virtual Families 2. The current version available on Google Play is version 1.3.0.1. You may want to update your game and restart your tablet. Then check to see if the posters are in the store and if your maid returns.

If you're still having issues with the maid please fill out a Support Request. Knowing exactly what kind of tablet you have (Samsung Galaxy Tab 3, Coby 8-inch GMS, Asus, etc.) and the version of Android it's running would be useful to us. You can find out what version of Android your tablet is running by tapping "Settings," scroll down to the bottom and tap "About device." Among the information there is the Android version.
