I downloaded the game and when I try to run it I get "video card cannot run (800x600x16BPP)@16HZ. What do I need to do? I already unistalled and reinstalled the game.

That problem is usually the result of incompatible display settings. We have a troubleshooting guide for those issues here in our Technical Issues forum that should help you.
