I think that Virtual Hospital would be a good idea, but how would you keep track of all the patients' medical records? If you could pull it off, it would be awesome, but it might be easier to keep these games on a smaller scale.

It would also be cool if it was a real time game (as Frog Boy said) and it can be like "Once you cure this disease, it will take ____________ minutes for the patient to recover"

That's a great idea, I would love that game. I had a hospital game many moons ago, I don't remember the name of it, but the hospital kept expanding as it got more sophisticated.

To answer the question about how you would keep track of patients: It wasn't personal in the game I played, they didn't even have names, just a bunch if people coming in and out. I think it should be the staff with names and shifts but not the many patients and visitors.

Oooh ooooh oooooh I know, I know! We could also discover different medicine for different cures, and we might also have a garden where we use different plants to make medicine!

You could start out as a candy-striper - a volunteer, then a nurse's aide - CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), then LPN, then RN, LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse.
Doctors could start out as interns, then go up the ladder until they are specialists, surgeons, administrators, etc.
I would love a maternity wing, ER, Physical Therapy area w/pool, different wards, operating rooms, recovery room, nurses station. There could even be a cafeteria. The peeps could earns awards and promotions, purchase medical equipment, collect flowers and books, magazines, and candy. Start off with a walk-in clinic, then a medical center, university hospital, and finally a major trauma center (no blood). The rooms could start out with just a bed and an end table, and you could purchase a phone, TV, curtains, recliner, etc. Nurses and doctors could purchase different style and colored uniforms. Patients could have different gowns to buy. And, they could buy different food to eat - each worth more or less depending on whether it was good to eat.

That would be awesome, we could take care of patients. I agree that it would be cool to level up and get different tools and new parts of te hospital. I wonder if ldw would ever make a game like that??

Where you could buy ice cream, chips and soda out of vending machines, or get a greasy hamburger or a wilted salad from the line! Not that I'm commenting on the quality of our local hospital's cafeteria or anything... (tuneless whistle).

I only own VV series and Plant tycoon so I can't imagine what they'd do other than getting skilled or performing something in the game at all.Doctors and nurses hang around-lol,they are so lazy!Shake heads even when operating seriously ill patients?Runnung away if he/she dislikes injection?So funny.
