I can't stand it anymore... Betty is 56, still on level two despite my efforts this whole morning. I don't want her hardworking husband to suffer so I can't starve her to death. It made me pity her after that and I decided to accept it and retire her. She finally died at 64, oblivious of how I tried to kill her.

Her son is 38 married with three children and in level six so thankfully he didn't take after his mother!

Okay that's good. So, I don't know, it's weird. With families, you kinda wanna take care of them more,but with villagers you don't really care that much, espeically after you get farther in the game and you have a higher population.
