Can you make/use a mod on VF2 on an iPhone, iPod, iPad, etc.?

I don't have any of those devices, but I think the key thing is whether or not you can access the files that make the game run. If you can't see those files, then you can't mod them.

On the PC, you can access the files, and if you do, you see a list like this one in the Virtual Families 2/Images directory. If you can access these files, too, then you can mod them; if you can't, then you can't use mods:
