Today I saw that in my village I have to people who look exactly the same and have the exact same name (Ongo) and have the exact same amount of skill in every thing. I was really confused. The only way I can tell them apart is that one Ongo has just a little less health.

You may have saved while the file's saving. It's not your fault, it is almost impossible if you try. VF saves every ten minutes so it may have been writing:
Ongo is <##> yrs old and has <###> health remaining.
then you saved the same thing so it "cloned" your person. That is bizarre. It would be cool though. One, did your population go up?

For one, Is that really a spoiler? & two, all island events are unusual.

Or it could have been twins that were named the same, but I don't think that is likely I had twins a lot and there names are never the same VV4.

This issue is due to a bug in early versions of VV2 for desktop. If you scrolled through the details screen rapidly, the game would sometimes overwrite the names of one or more adjacent villagers. We released an update that fixed the bug, but not every game site offered the fixed version. Even without the update, you can avoid the bug by not rapidly scrolling through the details screen.
