Yes I did reset the time on my phone and I did all of the resets and every idea I have found on here for other glinches.
I went to the apple site and did all of the fixes there as well.

yes is has been 72 hours now since last purchase. It does not update.

Sadly, I am thinking I may have to delete and re-install. Unless you know of a different trick.
