I know there use to a Virtual Villagers game on facebook that was cancelled. I am seeing people post that have started playing Virtual Villagers on facebook recently. So is there a new Virtual villagers game on facebook? If there is what is the link please.

I just want to make sure it is legit. Or not. I have facebook friends who are playing it. I want to tell them it's not legit. Sorry about the 1st and third link. You would have to copy and paste to check it out

That is not an authorized LDW game, nor is it an actual game at all. When the "game" is attempted to be played, it sends out notifications to many of your friends, then redirects you to buy a game at a completely different website.

Facebook has been notified and it will be removed as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, I can't tell you when that might happen, as it is up to Facebook. If you like, you can tell people you see posting about the game that it is not legitimate and is not supported by LDW.
