On August 28, my village in upstate New York was hit by Hurricane Irene (who knew??) and the flood that the heavy rain brought on.

I lost most everything on my first floor, including my computer, which I was careless enough to not back up. I purchased Virtual Villagers 2, 3, 4 and 5 and Virtual Families directly from LDW, though I can only find purchase receipts for VV4, VV5 and VF in my old emails.

Is there help for me? Where should I start my quest for restoration? New computer is on the second floor, and if that floods, I promise I won't be asking again!
