i had bought 3 virtual villager games the lost children, new home and one other one. they downloaded fine, but when i go to push the unlock button nothing happens, i spoke to customer service and they told me to make sure theres no popup blocker and make sure its not behind any windows, i did and still nothing happens when i push unlock, PLEASE HELP!!
