I have an Android powered mobile telephone and have VV2. My only question is why is the game limited to only 9 villagers? I cannot have any more babies and the last child turned 14 earlier this evening.

The "lite" or free version of the game only allows a very small population. Once you purchase the full version, you will be able to have a larger population.
